摘要
为了解决现有耕地质量评价指标体系不能准确评价土地整治后耕地质量水平,建立了土地利用系数修正法计算土地整治后耕地的土地利用系数.首先建立项目区耕地土地利用水平评价指标体系,之后分别评价整治前后土地利用水平指数,将两者的比值作为修正系数,对原土地利用系数进行修正,并利用修正后的利用系数评定耕地质量等别.通过对禹州市土地整治项目区的质量评定和验证,得出:修正法与项目验收5年后产量法计算的利用系数一致性更高.说明利用系数修正法体现了土地整治工程对耕地质量等别的影响,比产量法更适合对土地整治等项目区耕地质量评定.
In order to solve the problem that the improving of the utilization quality can' t be evaluated accurately by the agricultural land classification method, the method of modified land use coefficient is employed in this paper to evaluate the land use coefficient in the land remediation regions. The land use level evaluation index system in land remediation regions is built firstly. Secondly, the land use level index before and after the land remediation are evaluated. Then, the ratio of the two land use level index is used to modify the original land use coefficient. Finally, the modified land use coefficient is employed to evaluate the cultivated land quality in the land remediation regions. Empirical studies and verification results in two land remediation regions of ~uzhou indicates that there is a strong consistency between the modified land use coefficient method and the production method by the stable production five years after the land remediation projects. The paper concludes that the modified land use coefficient method reflects the influence of land remediation projects on the cultivated land quality. We find it is more suitable for evaluating the cultivated land quality in land remediation regions.
