抽水蓄能电站引水系统斜井扩挖台车设计研究

摘要 以华东某抽水蓄能电站的斜井施工为工程背景,进行扩挖施工台车设计研究.提出一种可拆卸、适应多角度的扩挖台车结构方案,将台车主体部分分为六个模块,工厂模块化预制,现场进行拼装,以减少施工现场的焊接作业.采用有限元分析软件3D3S建立台车整体结构分析模型,进行了强度、稳定性及刚度计算分析,并设计计算其连接节点,车轮型式和钢丝绳型号选型验算.计算结果表明,提出的新型扩挖台车结构强度、稳定性应力比和最大位移满足规范限值,附件选型满足规范要求.研究成果可标准化生产,为实际工程建设提供技术依据,并为类似工程建设提供技术参考. Taking the inclined shaft construction of pumped-storage power station as the engineering background, the design of the trolley is carried out. A removable and multi-angle structure of the trolley which is modularly prefabricated in the factory is proposed to reduce the welding operation at the construction site. The main parts of the trolley are divided into six modules. The software of finite element analysis 3D3S is used to build the overall model of the trolley. The strength, stability and stiffness calculation are analyzed and the calculation of the connection nodes, wheel type and wire rope type is checked. The results show that the proposed structural strength, stability stress ratio and maximum displacement of the new type of trolley meet the specification limit, and the accessories selections meet the specification requirements. The research results can be standardized for the production, provide technical basis for practical construction and technical reference for similar project construction.
