摘要
通过全程高温好氧堆肥法,在以污泥和菌渣为原料的堆体中接种不同剂量白腐真菌和RW菌剂.利用BCR顺序提取法对堆肥前后19种金属元素总量及有效形态含量进行测定.结果表明,Be、Cd、Hg、Se、As 5种金属总量堆肥前后均未检出;4个堆体堆肥后,对其中的Mo、Cr、Ni、Bi、Co、Cu、V、Ti、Ba 9种高残渣型金属残渣态质量分数影响不明显;堆肥能够促进Mg、Al、Zn、Pb、Mn 5种中、低残渣型金属有效形态的稳定化;接种白腐真菌能够进一步促进大部分稳定性低的金属形态含量下降且效果优于RW菌剂,有利于城市污泥堆肥后的土地利用,但需注意Al对生态环境的潜在影响.
Different doses of white -rot fungus and RW inoculants were inoculated in a pile of sludge and residues by continuous high-temperature aerobic composting method, and the total amount and the available content of 19 metal elements were determined by using BCR sequence extraction. The results showed that the total amount of the five metals Be, Cd, Hg, Se and As were not detected. After the composting of the four piles, the effect of the mass fraction of the high residues on Mo, Cr, Ni, Bi, Co, Cu, V, Ti and Ba were not obvious. The compost could promote the stabilization of the effective form Mg, Al, Zn, Pb and Mn. Inoculation of white-rot fungus could further promote the decline of the most stable metal morphology and the effect was better than RW inoculants, but we noticed the potential impact of Al on the ecological environment.
