摘要 对分布式光伏并网接纳能力问题的研究可以为新型配电系统的规划、建设和运行提供理论依据和技术支撑。综合考虑分布式光伏并网后对配电系统的影响,从配电网规划角度,建立了以分布式光伏并网接纳能力为目标函数,以电压水平、馈线运行负载率、电压总谐波畸变率和短路电流水平为约束条件的优化模型。同时根据模型特点,提出一种改进的大爆炸算法,并对上述模型进行求解。应用33节点配电网络进行测试,与其他算法求解结果进行比较,验证了本文模型和算法的有效性。 The study on the hosting capacity of distributed grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the planning, construction and operation of new distribution network. In this paper, the influence of grid-connected PV on distribution network is considered comprehensively. From the viewpoint of planning, an optimization model is established with the hosting capacity as an objective, and the voltage level, loading rate of feed line, total harmonic distortion of voltage and short-circuit current level as constraints. In the meantime, an improved big bang-big crunch(BB-BC) algorithm is proposed to solve the above model according to its characteristics. A 33-node system is employed as an example to test the above method. Moreover, the validity of the proposed model and algorithm is verified from the comparison with other existing algorithms.
