摘要
调温负荷是电网负荷屡创新高的重要原因,对电网的安全稳定运行影响很大。首先,从基准负荷比较法入手,构建了商业区基准日负荷曲线;其次,利用斯皮尔曼相关系数法,分析了调温负荷与气象类因素和负荷类指标的相关性,同时研究了日平均气温和降温负荷的关系;最后,从最大调温负荷及占比、典型日调温负荷、双休日及工作日降温负荷3方面研究了城市配电网商业调温负荷特性。根据分析结果,阐述了降温负荷和取暖负荷的异同,并提出了调温负荷管理建议。
Temperature-adjusting load is an important reason for the ever-increasing power grid load, which has a great influence on the safe and stable operation of power grid. First, by using the base load comparison method, a commercial base daily load curve is built. Second, the correlation of temperature-adjusting load with meteorological factors and load indexes is analyzed by the Spearman correlation coefficient method, and the relationship between the average daily temperature and cooling load is studied. Finally, the commercial temperature-adjusting load characteristic of urban distribution network is studied from three aspects, including the largest temperature-adjusting load and proportion , temperature-adjusting load on a typical day, and the cooling loads on weekends and weekdays. According to the analysis resuits, the similarities and differences between cooling and heating loads are elaborated, and the management suggestions for temperature-adjusting load are put forward.
