摘要
目前,有关高温含水气氛对金属材料高温氧化行为的影响认识不统一。采用电弧喷涂的方法在含钼量不同的316L不锈钢表面制备一层纯铝层进行改性,并通过热处理获得铝扩散层;采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和氧化增重(TG)等手段研究了钼含量及含水气氛对改性316L不锈钢在高温下氧化行为的影响。结果表明:低钼含量不锈钢在高温下(1 050℃)的抗氧化性能优于高钼不锈钢;同时,高温下表面铝改性低钼不锈钢在含水气氛中的抗氧化性能强于其在空气中的表现。
316L stainless steel with different Mo content was modified with a layer of aluminum by arc spraying, and followed with heat treat- ment to obtain a layer of aluminum diffusion layer. The effects of Mo content and water vapor atmosphere on the high-temperature oxidation behavior were studied by optical microscope (OM) , scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Results showed that the stainless steel with lower Mo content had better oxidation resistance than that with higher Mo content at high temperature ( 1 050℃). Meanwhile, the stainless steel with surface A1-modification had better anti- oxidation performance in water vapor than in air.
