《曾国藩全集》收录道光二十四年《致刘传莹》书信日期辨误

Textual Research on Date of A Letter to Liu Chuanying in 1844 in The Complete Works of Zeng Guofan

岳麓书社2012年版《曾国藩全集》共31册,包含曾国藩奏稿、书信、日记、家书等内容,收录丰富,编纂体例严谨,是研究曾国藩的第一手文献。其中,《曾国藩书信》第一册中,收有曾国藩道光二十四年(1844)致刘传莹书信一封,编者以"京中时役"、"待至七月"为依据,推断此封书信写于道光二十四年六月,现从书信涉及日期与事件为据,检阅相关文献,推测该封书信的写作日期,以期《曾国藩全集》的编纂更加完善。

The Complete Works of Zeng Guofan,published by Yuelu Press in 2012,is composed of 31 volumes,including Zeng＇s memorial to the throne,letters,diaries,home letters and so on.Because of its rich contents and strict style,this Works is the first-hand literature for studies on Zeng Guofan.In The Letters of Zeng Guofan Volume One,a letter from Zeng to Liu Chuanying in 1844 is collected.Based on the words＂Beijing engaging in warfare＂and＂waiting for July＂,the editor infers that this letter was written on June 1844.More critically,based on recordings in other works,which are relevant to the dates and events involved in this letter,the completing time of this letter is proved,so as to improve the quality of The Complete Works of Zeng Guofan.
