可逆性胼胝体压部病变综合征三例报道并文献复习

摘要 例1 男，22岁，因“发热头痛伴腹泻10d”于2016年9月5日入院。入院10d前无明显诱因出现发热，体温最高达39．2℃，头痛间断发作，伴腹痛、腹泻症状，伴视物模糊。
