摘要
通过两步法对海藻/铜氨混纺水刺面膜基布进行凝胶化改性,得到了遇水立即凝胶的面膜基布,并将其与市场上5种面膜进行性能比较。结果表明,改性后海藻/铜氨面膜基布面密度为31.44g/m^2,厚度仅有0.116mm,透气性达到了4317.8mm/s,与传统面膜相比,不仅"轻"、"薄",而且更透气。改性后海藻/铜氨面膜基布由于蒸发作用造成的损失最小,蒸发率仅为26.074%。而其保水量在20min内达到0.03561g/cm^2,一片面膜可为皮肤补充10.683g水分。而作为新型面膜,海藻/铜氨面膜具有优异的吸附金属的能力,对镉的吸附量达到1.35221mg/cm^2,是一款理想的新型功能性面膜。
In order to make alginate mask substrate transform into gel immediately when they absorbed liquid, alginate fibre/ cuprammonuium mask substrate were modified through two steps, and compare it with 5 kinds of mask on the market. The results show that the modified mask substrate surface density is 31.44g/m2, the thickness is only 0.116mm, the permeability reached 4317.8mm/s, compared with the traditional mask, not only "light", "thin", but also more breathable. The evaporation loss of modified mask is the smallest, evaporation rate is only 26.074%.The amount of water in the 20min to reach 0.03561g/cm2, a mask can be added 10.683g moisture to the skin. As a new type of mask, alginate fibre/cuprammonuium mask has excellent ability to absorb metal, adsorption capacity of cadmium is up to 1.35221mg/cm:, which is a new type of functional mask.
