膨润土掺量对水泥注浆体强度影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内外地下施工过程当中多次遇到高温地热水问题,在实验室模拟了40℃温度条件下,不同水灰比对水泥浆液的抗折、抗压和析水率性能的影响以及在不同水灰比时掺加不同量膨润土对水泥浆液的抗折、抗压和析水率性能的影响,并对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:水泥净浆随水灰比增大其抗折、抗压均下降,析水率明显增加;随着养护时间的增长其抗折、抗压强度均不断增加。掺加膨润土对水泥砂浆的抗压强度影响较大,但随着掺量的增加,降低幅度明显减弱,掺加膨润土对水泥砂浆的抗折强度影响较小。 In view of high temperature geothermal water that frequently exist in underground constructions, a simulation was taken in the lab to find the influence of different water cement radio and different quality of bentonite clay based on different water cement radio to cement slurry's fracture resistance, compression properties and bleeding radio. Results show that cement slurry's fracture resistance and compression properties declined while bleeding radio increased with increasing of water cement radio. With the increase of the cu- ring time, the fracture resistance and compression properties of cement slurry increased constantly. Bentonite clay had greater influence on the compressive strength of cement slurry, while the amplitude of reduction attenuate obviously. Bentonite clay had less effect on fracture resistance.
