发展视域下中国民主的持续条件——兼论马克思主义民主的发展趋势

民主自诞生以来就是一个历史变化的动态概念,无论是马克思主义民主还是西方民主都必须持续发展才能使政治体系获得长久的合法性。中国民主的持续发展需要相应的条件来支撑,主要有经济条件、社会阶级阶层结构、人的活动以及民主认同。在对中国民主的持续发展条件有了一定的认识基础上,结合中国实际,可以看出马克思主义民主的发展趋势,包括马克思主义民主与西方民主的不平衡发展将会继续保持、"忠于反对"成为马克思主义民主新的发展点、马克思主义民主更加突显"中国特色"以及更加"接地气"。

Since the birth of democracy is a dynamic concept of historical change, both the Marxist democracy and the Western democracy must continue to develop in order to make the political system to obtain long-term legitimacy. The sustainable development of Chinese democracy requires the corresponding conditions to support, mainly economic conditions, social class structure, human activities and democratic identity. On the basis of the understanding of the conditions of sustainable development of Chinese democracy, combined with the reality of China, we can see that the development trend of Marxist democracy, including the unbalanced development of Marxist democracy and Western democracy, will continue to be ;loyal to the opposition; become a new development point of Marxist democracy, Marxist democracy is more prominent ＂Chinese characteristics＂ and more ＂grounding＂ .
