设计开发作为产品实现的重要环节,决定着产品的固有质量。商用车开发是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及多个职能部门的协同合作,如何保证产品的开发质量是目前各公司都面临的重大挑战。本文构建了分阶段、分层次、系统化的质量门式评审体系来保证新产品的开发质量。并在此基础上,研究并探讨了商用车开发质量评审的方法及步骤,以期为汽车企业提供可借鉴的质量评审思路与经验。

Design and development as an important method of the product realization, determines the inherent quality of the product. Development of commercial vehicle is a complex and systematic project, involving multiple functional departments work together, how to ensure the quality of products is the major challenge facing corporations. This article constructed the phased, hierarchical and systematic quality gate review system to ensure the development quality of new products. And on this basis, the methods and steps of commercial vehicle development quality review is researched and discussed. Hoping to provide referential ideas and experience of quality review for other automobile enterprise.
