摘要
三缸发动机安装附件的耐久性评估对工程师是个挑战,传统的方法是让发动机在最高转速附近进行几百小时的连续试验,本文通过对附件及其支架进行转速扫描获得振动信号,结合附件模态频率的测试和分析,根据附件主要共振频率成分所对应的振动位移和发动机转速,制定发动机附件台架耐久性试验工况,提高了试验的有效性,缩短了试验开发周期。
The durability evaluation of engine mounted components of a three-cylinder engine is a challenge for engineers; traditional method is run the engine at maximum speed for several hundred hours. In this paper, vibration signal is recorded by conduct full load speed sweeps; modal frequency of these overhanging components is tested and analyzed. Test procedure is determined by the resonant frequency and its corresponding engine speed, the test method is much more efficient than conventional one, this helped in reducing the product development time.
