摘要
汽车侧围装饰外板是车辆重要的造型件。传统金属侧围外板存在模具投资高、焊接固定导致维修成本高、采用冲压工艺使其无法体现复杂造型特征等限制条件。为解决以上缺点,同时基于轻量化要求的考虑,车身侧围外板可以尝试采用塑料材质。塑料侧围外板通过不同的固定结构和搭接形式固定在车身骨架上可以保证固定的牢靠性,同时满足传统金属侧围外板的基本性能要求。
Side-panel is an important styling part. The traditional metal side-panel has some disadvantages, e.g., high moulds investment, high cost for maintenance caused by welding, limitation for complex styling features caused by its stamping process, etc. Considering the requirement of lightweight, the side-panel can be tried to using plastic material to solve these problems. Fixed on body frame by different structure and connection type, plastic side-panel can ensure the reliability, moreover, it can meet the basic performance of metal side-panel.
