摘要
农产品质量安全学科是为适应农产品质量安全形势需要逐渐发展形成的一门新兴学科。文章阐述了农产品质量安全学科内涵,总结了该学科研究体系建立健全的过程以及该学科资助体系结构。同时以4个代表性的研究机构/团队为样本,总结了12年间(2004—2016年)中国农产品质量安全学科的科研产出情况。基于上述结果,分析了该学科发展过程中存在的主要问题,提出了完善学科理论体系、推进研究方向均衡发展、深入强化基础研究、培养引进高端优秀人才等建议,以期为促进中国农产品质量安全学科发展提供参考。
The discipline of agro-product quality and safety is gradually developing a new area for adapting situation and demands of agricultural products quality and safety in China. This paper expounded the connotation of the new discipline, and reviewed the process the establishment and improvement of research system as well as the structure of funding system for discipline. Moreover, the research outputs of this new discipline were also summarized through 4 representative research institutions/teams from 2004 to 2016. Based on the results, the paper pointed out the main problems in the developing process of discipline. Some suggestions were presented for improving theoretical systems of the discipline, promoting balanced development in research directions, further strengthening basic research, and training and introducing high-end talents.
