微生物降解三苯甲烷类染料的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 三苯甲烷类染料生产量大、应用范围广,长期的大量使用对人类健康和生态环境构成极大危害。微生物降解技术被公认为是消除该类染料残留污染的有效途径之一。文章对目前已报道的主要降解三苯甲烷类染料的菌种、降解后的产物和降解的代谢途径进行了汇总,对微生物降解三苯甲烷类染料技术的发展前景进行了展望。 Some of triphenylmethane dyes, though have been proved to be teratogenic, carcinogenic and mutagenic, they are still widely used to date. The long - term exposure and extensive use of triphenylmethane dyes poses great threats to human health and ecological environment. Microbial degradation of dye residues is widely considered to be an effective strategy to eliminate the dye pollution. In this paper, the triphenylmethane -dye -degrading microorganisms reported recently, the potential metabolic pathways and biodegradation mechanisms are summarized. Moreover, the further development of the microbial degradation of triphenylmethane dyes is prospected.
