对建立健全护路联防机制确保高铁安全的思考

Reflections on Improving the Joint Prevention System for High-speed Railway Security

面对越发繁重的高铁安保任务,以及日益严峻的反恐形势带来的考验,仅靠铁路公安机关单打独斗难以确保高铁绝对安全,需要牢固树立"协调推动各方共保高铁安全"理念,紧紧抓住各级党政机关高度重视的有利契机,积极推动沿线地方健全完善机制,不断提升高铁护路联防工作规范化、精细化、信息化和法制化水平,全面构建路地一体化管控体系,真正形成齐抓共管格局,共保高铁安全。

Facing the great security task of high-speed railway and the test along with severe anti-terrorist situation, it is hard for the railway police to ensure the absolute safety of high-speed railway. The police should hold the idea of coordinating all parties concerned to secure the high-speed railway together, seize the opportunity that governmental organs at all levels paying much attention, promote the departments along the railway to develop their mechanisms, keep improving the normalization, refinement and informatization, and set up an integrated control system, so as to form a pattern of joint management to protect high-speed railway.
