加服米非司酮一套在药物流产中的临床应用研究

目的研究加服米非司酮一套在药物流产中的应用效果。方法选择我院2013年5月至2015年8月妊娠49 d以内药物流产患者的临床病例100例进行分析,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组口服米非司酮一套,研究组连续口服米非司酮两套,两组同时联合口服米索前列醇,10 d后复查,观察药物流产的成功率。结果研究组完全流产、不完全流产、流产失败情况、并发症及不良反应情况都明显的优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加服米非司酮一套能减轻广大妊娠妇女终止妊娠的痛苦,无创伤终止妊娠,从而消除了患者的后顾之虑,提高了患者的依从性,值得临床推广。预期本研究将使广大患者受益,获得良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Objective To study the effect of mifepristone plus a set of drugs in the treatment of drug abortion.Methods 49 cases of drug-induced abortion in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2015 were analyzed.100 cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group received two oral mifepristone orally.The two groups were treated with oral misoprostol at the same time,10 days later,the success rate of drug abortion was observed.Results The complete abortion,incomplete abortion,abortion failure,complications and adverse reactions in the study group were obviously better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mifepristone can reduce a majority of pregnant women to terminate pregnancy pain,no trauma of termination of pregnancy,thus eliminating the worries about patients,improve patient compliance,it is worthy of clinical promotion.It is expected that this study will benefit the majority of patients and achieve good social and economic benefits.
