飞秒激光角膜屈光手术的并发症分析

Complications of Femtosecond Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery

目的目前飞秒激光已广泛应用于激光角膜屈光手术中。激光角膜屈光手术根据飞秒激光的应用可分为两大类:飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(FS-LASIK)和飞秒激光小切口角膜微透镜取出术(SMILE)。文中分析讨论两种手术术中及术后出现的并发症及如何有效预防与处理。方法对204只眼行FS-LASIK手术和92只眼行SMILE手术,回顾性分析可能出现的各类并发症。结果 296只眼均顺利完成手术,术后视力恢复好,无1例出现危及视力的严重并发症。结论飞秒激光角膜屈光手术作为一种全新的手术技术,成功预防及处理各类并发症是术后获得良好视力的关键。

Objective Femtosecond laser has been widely used in laser corneal refractive surgery.Laser corneal refractive surgery can be divided into two categories according to the application of femtosecond laser：femtosecond laser assisted laser assisted in situ grinding（FS-LASIK） and femtosecond laser micro lens extraction（SMILE）.In this paper,we analyze and discuss the complications of the two types of operation and how to prevent and deal with it.Method All kinds of complications were retrospectively analyzed in 204 eyes with FS-LASIK and 92 eyes with SMILE.Results 296 eyes were successfully completed surgery,postoperative visual acuity recovered well,without a case of serious complications of visual acuity.Conclusion As a new surgical technique,femtosecond laser refractive surgery is the key to prevent and deal with all kinds of complications
