摘要
目的观察细节护理在急诊护理中的临床效果。方法选取自2015年6月至2016年4月大连市友谊医院急诊就诊的患者120例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组60例,采用普通护理方法,试验组60例,在对照组基础上采用细节护理干预,观察患者满意度和护理纠纷发生率。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论细节护理可以明显提高患者满意度,降低护理纠纷发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of detail nursing in emergency nursing. Methods 120 cases from June 2015 to April 2016 in Dalian FriendshipHospital emergency visits for patients, the envelopes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 60 cases in the control group, using common nursing method. The experimental group(60 cases). In the control group based on the details of nursing intervention, observe the patients' satisfaction and nursing dispute incidence. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing care can significantly improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
