优质护理在手外伤患者护理过程中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application of High Quality Nursing in Hand Injury Patients

目的探讨对手外伤患者施以护理期间,分析优质护理方式的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年12月至2017年3月收治的112例手外伤患者作为实验对象;选择数字奇偶法对手外伤患者分组;对照组:对手外伤患者施以基础护理;观察组:对手外伤患者施以优质护理;对护理服务质量指标认可程度等回顾性分析。结果观察组手外伤患者护理服务质量指标认可程度同对照组手外伤患者比较,体现出的优势尤为显著(P<0.05)。结论对手外伤患者合理施以优质护理干预,对于所有手外伤患者临床护理服务质量的提高、不良心理状态的改善以及疾病疼痛程度的降低均可以获得显著的促进效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing care in patients with trauma during the period of nursing. Methods In our hospital from December 2014 to March 2017, 112 cases of hand trauma patients were treated as experimental objects; selection method number parity on hand injury patients group; control group： basic nursing to the patients with hand trauma; observation group： high quality nursing care to the patients with hand trauma; the nursing service quality index of acceptable degree of retrospective analysis. Results Compared with the patients with hand trauma in the control group, the degree of recognition of the quality of service of hand injury in the observation group was particularly significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThose patients with reasonable quality nursing intervention, reduce for all patients with hand injury clinical nursing to improve the quality of service, the bad psychological state and the improvement of the degree of pain disease can obtain significant effect.
