摘要
采用微波消解仪对牛奶样品进行消化处理。对石墨炉的灰化温度、原子化温度和基体改进剂等条件进行了优化,筛选出了铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法最佳测定条件。在仪器的最佳条件下测定牛奶中的铅含量。该方法测定的线性范围在0~20 ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9998,添加回收率为97%~101%。结果表明,该方法前处理简单,重现性好,回收率和精密度高,完全满足牛奶中铅的检测要求。
A microwave digestion method was used in treatment of milk samples to determine lead content. The optimal conditions of lead determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were obtained through intensive screening of various graphite furnace. The linear range of standard curve was 0 to 20 ng/m L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The recovery rates in milk lead were 97%~101%. The results showed that feature of this method was simple,good reproducibility,high recovery rate and precision and is suitable for the analysis of lead content in milk and milk products.
