隧道爆破对不同埋深的埋地管道动力响应研究 被引量:2

摘要 以西成客专仙女岩隧道出口段爆破作业为背景,运用LS-DYNA建立有限元模型,模拟埋地管道在爆破振动下的动力响应,并与地表测点测得振动数据进行比对。研究结果表明:正对爆心的埋地管道背面会产生轴向拉应力;随着管道埋深增加,管道的动当量应力增加,管道破坏风险提升,但是叠加当量应力依旧小于允许应力437.3 MPa;管道振速随着埋深增加而增大,相反地表峰值振速减小、从9.55 cm/s减小到7.02 cm/s。 Based on the blasting engineering in Xiannvyan tunnel of Xi'an--Chengdu high speed railway, it is built FEM model with software LS -DYNA to simulate the dynamic response of the buried pipeline which was influenced by a nearby blasting vibration, compared with the data measured in the ground. The study result shows that the back of buried pipe facing explosion center may have axial tensile stress; with the depth increased, the dynamic equivalent stress of the pipe was increased, the risk of pipe destruction was increased too, but the overlap equivalent stress is lesser than the permissible stress 437.3 MPa ; the vibration velocity of the pipe was increased with the increase of buried depth, while the peak vibration velocity of the ground was decreased from 9.55 cm/s to 7.02 cm/s.
