摘要
针对预拌沥青混凝土施工新技术,对不同温度下Pm B沥青胶结料的老化性能以及重熔前后沥青混合料的性能参数变化进行了研究。结果表明:Pm B沥青胶结料老化温度低于200℃时,沥青的性能相对稳定,重熔后沥青胶结料性能仍满足技术要求;重熔后的沥青混凝土,低温性能、水稳定性基本不受影响、高温稳定性提高、空隙率上升,混凝土各项性能指标仍满足技术要求。
Aiming at the new construction technology of premixed asphalt concrete, the aging properues oi PmB asphalt binder at different temperatures and the performance parameters of asphalt mixture before and after remelting were studied and analyzed. The results show that asphalt binder has a stable performance when the aging temperature is lower than 200 ℃, and the performance of asphalt binder after remehing still meets the technical requirements. The asphalt concrete of the low temperature performance, after remelting is almost unaffected and its high temperature stability, the porosity and water stability increase, its performance still meet the technical requirements.
