摘要
近接市政隧道施工围岩扰动次数多,应力重分布复杂,相互影响较大,施工安全受控因素多。结合大连南部滨海大道东端桥隧建设工程近接既有白云隧道的工程实际情况,利用数值分析和现场监测,对近接隧道施工力学行为及变形控制技术进行了研究。根据数值模拟得到的围岩应力、变形大小及塑性区范围,提出了工程控制措施方案,在此基础上,对施工过程新建隧道支护结构变形及既有白云隧道外观进行了监控量测。监测结果显示:隧道施工引起的隧道拱顶沉降和洞周收敛变形量相对较小,提出的控制措施有效地确保了该近接隧道施工安全。
The surrounding rock is disturbed during adjacent municipal tunnel construction, the stress distribution is complex and the mutual influence is great, and the construction safety is controlled by many factors. In this paper, based on adjacent existing Baiyun tunnel of bridge and tunnel construction project at the east of coastal road in the south of Dalian, using numerical analysis and field monitoring, study on mechanical behavior of construction and deformation control technique of an adjacent municipal tunnel. According to the surrounding rock stress, deformation and plastic zone by numerical simulation, proposed the project control measures and monitored and measured the newly constructed tunnel supporting structure deformation during construction and the appearance of existing Baiyun tunnel. The results show that the tunnel vault settlement and the convergence and deformation around the cavity caused by the tunnel construction are relatively small. The proposed control measures effectively guarantee the construction safety of the adjacent tunnel.
