摘要
山竹是一种常见的热带植物,其果实的外果皮是泰国、缅甸、印度等国家的传统药材。近年来,山竹化学成分的系统研究发现,其富含结构多样的呫吨酮类化合物。大量研究表明,这类化合物具有抗氧化、抗增殖、促凋亡、抗炎和抗菌等多种药理活性,日益受到医药学界的重视。本文就其主要化学成分及药理作用进行综述。
Garcinia mangostana L. is a common tropical plant,which is also called mangosteen. Its exocarp is used as a traditional medicine in India,Thailand,Myammar and other Southeast Asian countries. In recent years,systematic studies on the chemical constituents of the plant have shown that G. mangostana contains various xanthone compounds in a large amount. Many studies have shown that these compounds display many pharmacological activities,such as antioxidant,antiproliferative,pro-apoptosis,antiinflammation and antibacterial activities,which has attracted great attention in the medical community. This paper reviews the main chemical constituents of G. mangostana and their pharmacological effects.
