摘要
糖尿病是严重危害人类健康的慢性疾病,其并发症可导致多器官和组织损伤,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。微小RNA(mi RNA)作为一种新型的诊疗手段,在糖尿病及其并发症的病理发生发展中具有重要调节作用。与糖尿病相关的mi RNA也正成为其并发症治疗的重要靶点。本文总结了mi RNA在糖尿病心肌病和糖尿病肾病等并发症发生发展中的相关作用。
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease critical to human health. Its complications can lead to some organs and tissues damage and are the major cause of death in diabetic patients. As a new type of diagnosis and treatment,micro RNA(mi RNA)play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus and its complications. Mi RNAs associated with diabetes are becoming an important therapeutic target for diabetic complications. This review summarizes the effects of mi RNAs on the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy and diabetic nephropathy,and discusses its role in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
