摘要
近年来,舒张性心力衰竭已经成为一个严重的公共健康问题,而且舒张性心力衰竭在老年、女性、肥胖、高血压患者中发病率较高。随着社会老龄化程度的增加,这一问题将更加突出。临床上对收缩性心力衰竭的诊断和治疗已经有了长足的进步,但是与收缩性心力衰竭相比,人们对舒张性心力衰竭时引起心脏结构和功能改变的分子和生化机制还知之甚少,需要更多的研究。而心室舒张功能的好坏主要由影响心肌主动和被动舒张的因素所决定,如钙离子的转运和心室的顺应性。
In recent years, diastolic heart failure has become a serious public health problem, and it has higher morbidity in the elder, female, obese and hypertensive patients. With the society aging, the problem will be more prominent. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of systolic heart failure have made great progress, but compared with it, we know very little about the molecular and biochemical mechanisms that cause cardiac structural and functional changes in diastolic heart failure,which needs further study. The ventricular diastolic function is determined by active and passive relaxation, such as the transport of calcium ions and the compliance of the ventricles.
