摘要
供应商关系的构建逐渐从传统供应链向绿色供应链过渡,企业在供应商管理方面取得了长足的进步。然而,生态文明带来的影响力越来越凸显,绿色化供应链中供应商参与已成为企业发展的重要方面。本文提出了一个基于客户需要、供应商前期介入、合作模式和收益分配的概念模型来解释绿色供应链下供应商的参与行为。该框架和假设采用偏最小二乘法,以陶瓷企业的调查数据为样本进行假设检验。在此基础上,提出了加大纵向溢出效应,增加介入研发合作供应商数量、持续改进生产工艺,遵循环保质量标准、强化知识交流与资源共享,建立绿色供应商成长体系等政策建议。
The construction of supplier relationship has gradually shifted from traditional supply chain to green supply chain, and enterprises have made great progresses in supplier management. However, the influence of ecological civilization is becoming more and more prominent. In green supply chain, supplier participation has become an important aspect of enterprise development. This paper presents a conceptual framework to explain supplier participation in green initiatives, by investigating customer requirements, supplier pre-intervention, and cooperation model and income distribution as possible drivers. The framework and hypotheses were tested using survey data of ceramic enterprises. Partial least squares methodology was deployed for hypothesis testing. On the basis of hypothesis testing, some suggestions are put forward to increase the vertical spillover effect, promote the quantity of suppliers involved in the early stage of R&D cooperation, continuously improve production technology, follow the environmental quality standards, strengthen the knowledge exchange and resource sharing, and the establish the green supplier growth system.
