摘要
宝钢股份宝山基地3~#烧结机活性炭烟气净化技术工程由中冶长天国际工程有限责任公司EP承包,该工程投运后,经过生产技术摸索与攻关,各污染物排放和能源介质消耗实绩均低于设计值,且无二次污染物,充分证明该技术具有高度环保、深度节水、集成净化、资源回收、适应面广和运行稳定等特点,为烧结烟气的多污染物协同治理提供了成功范例。
The flue gas purification technology of activated carbon was put into operation at Baosteel Baoshan base 3^# sintering machine, this technology was an EP contract by Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co. , Ltd.. After the project was put into operation, through the production technology of exploration and research, the pollutant emissions and energy consumption were lower than the design requirements, and no secondary pollutants, which is fully demonstrated the characteristics of highly envrioment protection, depth water saving, integrated depth purification, resource recovery, wide adaptive and stable operation. At the same time, it provides a successful example for multi pollutants synergetic governance of sintering flue gas.
