WO_3八面体的水热制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要 以二水钨酸钠(Na_2WO_4·2H_2O)为钨源,采用水热合成法制备了立方相WO_3八面体粉末。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的晶体结构与形貌进行表征和分析。以亚甲基蓝为目标吸附物,测定了样品的吸附性能,研究了无水硫酸钠(Na_2SO_4)加入量对氧化钨结构、形貌及吸附性能的影响。结果表明:随着Na_2SO_4的加入量增加,水热产物WO_3的形貌和晶型都发生了转变,晶型从六方(Hexagonal)晶型转变为立方(Cubic)晶型。具有六方和立方双相结构的WO_3-3.8756样品具有最高的吸附性能。 The cubic phase WO3 octahedral powder was synthesized using sodium tungstate(Na2WO4·2H2O) as tungsten source by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure and morphology of WO3 octahedral were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) respectively. The adsorption property of WO3 was characterized using methylene blue as target adsorption agent. Effect of the amount of sodium sulfate on the structure, morphology and adsorption property was studied. It was shown that the morphology and crystal structure of as prepared WO3 had a transformation with the increase of the amount of sodium sulfate. The crystal was transformed from hexagonal phase to cubic phase. The sample of WO3-3.8756 with hexagonal and cubic duplex structure showed the best adsorption property.
