炔诺酮联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的疗效分析

Effect of norethindrone combined with mifepristone in the treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterinebleeding

目的 探讨炔诺酮联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血疗效。方法 选取１００例围绝 经期功能性子宫出血患者，采用计算机随机化分组方式分为两组，各５０例，对照组和观察组分别采用炔诺酮 治疗和炔诺酮联合米非司酮治疗。结果 观察组子宫内膜厚度（５．６９±１．５７）ｍｍ、不良事件发生率 （２００％）、复发性出血（０．００％）、治疗总有效率（９８．００％）、ＦＳＨ（６．４８±１．４７）ＩＵ／Ｌ、ＬＨ（８．２４±２６５）ＩＵ／Ｌ、 孕酮（１．３２±０．１２）ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ、Ｅ２（１５２．４８±２．５１）ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，均优于对照组子宫内膜厚度（１０．３５±１８５）ｍｍ、不良 事件发生率（２４．００％）、复发性出血（１８．００％）、治疗总有效率（７０００％）、ＦＳＨ（９．６５±２．８５）ＩＵ／Ｌ、ＬＨ（６．４１± １．０５）ＩＵ／Ｌ、Ｐ（３．４１±１．６９）ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ、Ｅ２（４０５．３６±８．９５）ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ（ｔ＝１３．５８０、χ２ ＝１０６９８、χ２ ＝９．８９０、χ２ ＝ １４５８３、ｔ＝６．９９０、ｔ＝４．５３９、ｔ＝８．７２２、ｔ＝１９２．３６９，均Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 炔诺酮联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期 功能性子宫出血患者效果显著。

Objective Toexploretheeffectofnorethindronecombinedwithmifepristoneinthetreatmentof menopausaltransitionperiodoffunctionaluterinebleeding.Methods Atotalof100patientswithdysfunctionaluterine bleedingaftermenopausewereselected.Thepatientswererandomlydividedintotwogroupsbycomputer,50patients ineachgroup,thecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroupweretreatedwithnorethindroneandnorethisteronecombined withmifepristone.Results Theendometrialthickness[（5.69±1.57）mm],incidencerateofadverseevent （200%）,recurrentbleeding（0.00%）,totaleffectiverate（98.00%）,FSH[（6.48±1.47）IU/L],LH[（8.24± 2.65）IU/L],P[（1.32±0.12）nmol/L]andE2[（152.48±2.51）pmol/L]intheobservationgroupweresignificantly betterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup[（10.35±1.85）mm,24.00%,18.00%,70.00%,（9.65±2.85）IU/L, （641±1.05）IU/L,（3.41±1.69）nmol/L,（405.36±8.95）pmol/L,t=13.580,χ2 =10.698,χ2 =9.890,χ2 = 14.583,t=6.990,t=4.539,t=8.722,t=192.369,allP〈0.05）.Conclusion Norethindronecombinedwith mifepristoneinthetreatmentofmenopausaltransitiondysfunctionaluterinebleedingpatientshassignificanteffect.
