摘要
讨论了金相法、电镜能谱法及ASPEX全自动分析方法在检测钢中非金属夹杂物中的应用及其特点。结果表明:金相法适合大批量生产样检测;电镜能谱法适合于研究型小批量检测或对金相法怀疑对象的验证检测;ASPEX全自动分析方法可快速准确地对样品进行分析,并有强大的自动生成统计报告的功能。
This paper discusses the application and its characteristics of metallographic method, electron microscope energy spectrum method, ASPEX automated analysis method for detecting the non-metallic inclusion in steel. The results show that the metallographic method is suitable for detecting mass production samples; electron microscope energy spectrum method is suitable for detecting research-based a few samples or verifying the uncertain objects for metallographic method; ASPEX automated analysis method can rapidly and accurately analyze the samples, and has a strong function to automatically generate statistical reports.
