摘要
CRH2/380A型动车组三级修时发现一定数量的安全阀试验结果超出标准要求,主要表现为排放压力过低和启闭压差较小,需要重新调整安全阀,造成三级修时间延长,增加了检修成本。为此,对安全阀试验标准进行了深入研究,提出在保障动车组安全稳定运行的前提下调整动车组三级修时安全阀试验标准的建议。
In the 3-class repair of CRH2/380 A multiple units,it is found that the test results of a certain number of safety valves exceed the standard requirements,mainly being too low exhaustion pressure and too small pressure difference between opening and closing,thus,the safety valve needs to be readjusted,the 3-class repair has to be prolonged,and the repair cost is increased. Therefore,the test standard for safety valves are studied in detail,and suggestions are given to adjust the test standard for safety valves in the 3-class repair with the prerequisite of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the multiple units.
