眶下神经撕脱术联合口腔修复膜治疗顽固性眶下神经痛的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of intractable infraorbital neuralgia with surgical avulsion of the infraorbital nerve combined with Heal-all bio-memrane transplantation

目的:评估眶下神经撕脱术合并植入海奥生物膜的对顽固性的眶下神经痛的治疗疗效。方法:回顾2012~2014年本科室收治的顽固性眶下神经痛患者25例,经口腔入路眶下神经撕脱,其中9例同期合并植入海奥口腔生物膜。所有病例均随访24个月,观察记录治疗效果及复发率。结果:所有患者均手术顺利,愈合良好。术后所有患者眶下神经支配区域的疼痛症状消失。在24个月随访期间,单独行眶下神经撕脱术的病例中有3例症状复发,而联合植入口腔修复膜的患者没有发现症状复发。结论:眶下神经撕脱合并海奥口腔修复膜植入是治疗顽固性眶下神经痛的简单、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the efficacies of surgical avulsion of the infraorbital nerve combined with Heal-all oral rehabilitation membrane in intractable infraorbital neuralgia. Methods：Twenty five patients with a confirmed diagnosis of intractable infraorbital neuralgiawere enrolled. All patients received avulsion of the infraorbital nerve,and 9 of them were transplantatedwith Heal-all bio-memrane. Patients were followed for 24 months,and the curative effect and recurrent rate were evaluated. Results：All the operations were successfully completed,and the wounds were well-healed. All patients felt that pain disappeared in the area innervated by infraorbital nerve. There were 3 recurrent cases in patients solely received avulsion of the infraorbital nerve. No recurrence was found in cases transplantatedwith Heal-all bio-memraneduring with 24 months follow-up. Conclusion：Surgical avulsion of the infraorbital nerve combined with Heal-all bio-memrane transplantation is simple,safe and effective in the treatment of intractableinfraorbital neuralgia.
