摘要 根据综合能源服务系统在层次、类型上所呈现的多尺度特性,从系统工程的视角出发,以能源流为纽带,基于多尺度能源系统建模方法,建立了各子系统模型及其逻辑关系。在系统集成建模的基础上,基于粒子群优化算法,以系统年综合能效为优化目标,建立了系统优化规划数学模型。在满足用户冷、热、电能源需求的前提下,综合考虑自然环境资源、能源环保政策等约束条件,实现了科学合理的综合能源服务系统结构优化的规划与设计,为决策者提供最优的供能方案。 According to the multi-scale characteristics that the integrated energy service system exhibits on hierarchy and type, this paper builds up each subsystem's model and their logical relationships on the basis of the multi-scale energy system modeling method, by taking the energy flow as the link, from the point of view of system engineering. Then, taking the system annual energy efficiency as the optimization target, the system optimization decision mathematical model was constructed using the particle swarm optimization algorithm. On the premise of satisfying the users' energy demand, considering the constrained conditions like the environmental resources and environmental protection policies, a scientific and rational structure optimization planning and design of the integrated energy service system was realized, which can provide the best energy supply program for decisionmakers.
