摘要 针对生物质在电厂应用中的诸多问题及困难,提出了一种新型的低煤粉成分生物质混合燃料,并通过实验研究了其燃烧特性,建立了该燃料的污染物排放模型。结果表明:该燃料最大燃烧速率发生在反应的前期,其高挥发分和反应速率改善了燃料的燃烧、燃尽及污染物排放特性,能有效减少NO_x排放;建立的污染物排放模型可用于预测不同工况下污染物的排放量。该混合燃料加工形式及实验结果可为煤和生物质混燃在火力发电行业的应用提供参考和理论依据。 In view of the problems and difficulties during biomass application in the power plants, a new kind of biomass fuel blended with small proportion of pulverized coal was put forward, and experiments were carried out to study the fuel's combustion characteristics. Moreover, the pollutant emission model of the fuel was also established. The results show that, the maximum combustion rate of the fuel occurred in early period of the combustion phase. The high volatile content and reaction rate of the fuel improved the combustion, burnout and pollutant emission characteristics, the NOx emission concentration reduced dramatically. The established pollutant emission model can be used to predict the emissions under different combustion conditions. The experimental results can provide theoretical basis and reference for co-firing biomass and coals in thermal power units.
