摘要
探寻有效的人才培养模式成为高职院校开展校企合作和提升教育教学质量内涵的关键。河南机电职业学院在探索高职院校人才培养模式的过程中,先后历经了"三化""四共五衔接""三式一型"及"产学研创"四维一体的四个阶段,凸显了人才培养模式的递进式和有效性。
It is key to exploration of the effective talents training model that help the vocational colleges to get out of dilemma from cooperation between schools and enterprises and to improve the teaching quality. This paper takes Henan Mechanical & Electrical Vocational College as an example to explore the skilled people training model with four stages in vocational colleges, which has gone through "School development based on group, majors setup based on industry, curriculum design based on skills" and "majors development together, teaching together, teaching materials compiling together, resource sharing" and "building school with factory feature, setting up major with industrial feature, developing technical courses, cultivating applied talents" and "four-dimensional integration based on industry-school-research-innovation". The practice highlights the progression and effectiveness of the talents training model.
