摘要
不锈钢电水壶的应用市场越来越大,对电水壶抛光质量的要求也越来越高。为了保证水壶壶嘴焊接处的加工质量,文章对壶嘴焊接曲面处的抛光路径进行了规划。为了便于电水壶壶嘴的数控加工,首先对电水壶进行实体扫描,建立水壶模型后可以有效提取磨具的刀触点集,得到磨具的刀位点轨迹。并对磨具进行抛光行距分析以及磨具姿态的控制分析,得到磨具任意加工点处刀轴转动角度公式。最后在磨具刀位点轨迹以及姿态分析的基础上对电水壶回嘴焊接曲面的抛光加工做运动仿真分析,加工时磨具加工面与壶嘴焊接曲面充分相切接触,在很大程度上可以提高加工效率和加工质量。
The application of Stainless steel electric kettle market is more and more big, and people's requirement on the quality of the electric kettle are increasingly. To guarantee the mechanical polishing quality of the weld on the kettle spout, the path plan of polishing the welding surface has been done in this paper. First of all,in order to facilitate the numerical control processing, the model of the electric kettle need to be established, and the contact point set of the cutter is extracted effectively, meanwhile the analysis of the polishing feed and posture control has been done to getthe rotation Angle formulaof the knife shaft. Finally the motion simulation analysis has been done based on the analysis of the trajectory ,and This kind of processing methodcan improve the machining efficiency and machining qualityin the very great degree.
