The Vibrational Reliability Simulation for the Audio System of Automobiles

摘要 汽车音响系统故障或损坏,部分是受到来自生产、运输和使用过程中产生的振动过载引起的。为准确评估车载音响系统抗振可靠性,首先建立基于设计准则的失效功能函数可靠性分析模型,并从理论上推导了利用设计准则建立失效功能函数的可行性及有效性;接着建立音响系统特征频率分析有限元模型,采用蒙特卡洛方法,对音响系统的抗振可靠性评估过程进行仿真。仿真结果显示,设计余度为30%时的音响系统一阶抗振可靠度为96.78%,满足音响系统一阶抗振可靠性要求。 The damages and failure of an automobile audio system were partly caused by over-vibration which can be produced by production, transportation and playing. In order to evaluate the vibrational reliability of an automobile audio system correctly, firstly the design constraints based failure function is constructed as the reliability model, and the feasibility and validity of the derivation are theoretically proved. Then the finite element model is constructed for the eigen frequency analysis of the audio system. A Monte Carlo approach is used to simulate the evaluation process of the vibrational reliability. The simulation results show that the vibrational reliability of the first order eigen frequency is 96.78% when the design redundancy is 30%. This meets the reliability requirements for the first order eigen frequency of the audio system.
