离心法与静置法在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中应用临床对照研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较两种脂肪提纯方法在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中应用的疗效。方法选取赤峰市医院自2013年7月至2017年6月收治的106例自体脂肪移植隆乳术求美者作为研究对象。根据脂肪提纯方法不同,将所有研究对象分为静置组(55例)和离心组(51例)。两组求美者均在首次注射后1周补充注射1次。观察并比较两组求美者补充注射脂肪量及术后1、3、6个月乳房隆起度及满意度。结果两组求美者补充注射量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。离心组求美者术后3、6个月乳房隆起度及满意度均高于静置组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论离心法与静置法均是自体脂肪移植隆乳术有效的脂肪提纯方法,离心法较单纯静置法分离、提纯的脂肪隆乳术后脂肪存活率高、满意度好。 Objective To compare two different fat purification in clinical application of breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection.Methods A retrospective study was perform on 106 patients of breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection received in Chifeng Municipal Hospital from July 2013 to June 2017.All 106 cases were divided into static group(n = 55) and centrifugal group(n = 51) according to different fat purification techniques.All cases in the two groups received one-time re-injection after the first injection at 1 week,and fat mass of re-injection were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference of fat mass of re-injection between the two groups(P〈0.05).Also,breast height and self-assessment satisfaction rate were better in cases of centrifugal group when compared to the static group at 3 and 6 months postoperatively(P〈0.05).Conclusion Both centrifugal and static fat purification are feasible and effective for breast augmentation.Compared with static purification,centrifugation technique can receive better fat survival rate and patient's satisfaction rate.
