摘要
为提升铁路货运市场竞争力,结合铁路运输特点,在阐述铁路物流解决方案设计与执行特点、原则及流程的基础上,通过对影响客户物流解决方案决策的主要因素进行分析,提出铁路物流解决方案设计及执行重点,即加强客户相关资质及经营规范性审核、把握客户需求进而引导和创造需求、选择基于铁路运输的物流解决方案切入模式、规范物流解决方案审核等,最后结合物流解决方案的基本内容、基本要求提出铁路物流解决方案设计流程。
The study is designed to improve the market competitiveness of railway freight transport through providing guidelines and directions to front-line marketing employees. With an elaboration on the characteristics, principles and processes of railway logistics solutions, this paper analyzes factors that may influence customers' decisions, and proposes measures that will optimize the solutions, These proposals include strengthening qualification requirements of potential customers, creating customers' demands by identifying their needs, integrating railway transport into the logistics solutions and standardizing the review process. In conclusion, this paper puts forward a design procedure for railway logistics solutions based on their basic requirements and main features.
