Measures to Improve Cargo Safety Monitoring and Management During Railway Transportation

为提高铁路货检安全监控与管理系统应用管理水平,提升铁路货检工作效率,在阐述铁路货检安全监控与管理系统现状的基础上,分析系统建设工作不达标、评价考核体系亟待完善、保障管理机制不适应、系统功能有待优化升级等方面的问题,提出做好建设达标工作、完善评价考核体系、健全保障管理机制、强化系统优化升级对策,为进一步提升铁路货检安全监控与管理系统提供参考。

With an elaboration on cargo safety monitoring and management during rail transportation, this paper analyzes existing problems in the current practice, including its non-compliance with quality standards, flawed evaluations, unreliable support mechanisms, and an outdated management system. To improve the performance, management and efficiency of railway cargo inspection, this paper proposes measures to meet the standards, perfect the evaluations, strengthen the support mechanisms, and update the safety inspection management. These proposals are expected to serve as the reference points for innovative rail cargo inspection in the future.
