村民自治与“民族互嵌”:民族村社治理现代化的两个维度——以云南永宁摩梭人村社为例

Villager's Autonomy and "Ethnic Embedment" :Two Dimensions of Modernization of Social Administration of Ethnic Villages——Case Study of Villages of Mosuo People in Yongning of Yunnan

村民自治是包括摩梭人村社在内的所有民族村社治理遵循的基本制度框架,也是研究民族村社治理的基本维度。但村民自治在与民族村社互动的过程中常常面临诸多因地域性、民族性、结构性等差异而产生的特殊性问题。这就需要在村民自治的基本范畴内,结合民族村社自身特点拓展或补充新的研究维度。因传统单一摩梭人村社在开放开发的过程中不断呈现的多民族社区特点及其产生的问题而受到一些学科的关注,本文以此为例,尝试运用"民族互嵌式社区"建设的理念来探讨当前摩梭人村社面临的族际交往等治理问题。从个案到整体,试着提出有关此类民族村社治理的新维度,并结合此维度来思考民族村社治理的新路径。

Villagers＇ autonomy is a basic system framework of social administration followed by all ethnic villages,including Mosuo villages.It is also a basic dimension for the study of ethnic villages＇ administration.Due to regional,ethnic and structural differences,villagers＇ autonomy,in the interaction with ethnic villages,often confronts many special problems.This needs to take into consideration own features of ethnic villages so as to expand or add new research dimension within the basic category of villages＇ autonomy.In the process of opening up and development,the traditional unitary villages of Mosuo people are showing features of multi-ethnic communities and problems,which draws the academic attention.Based on this,the article tries to use the notion of constructing ＂ ethnic embedded community＂ so as to probe into the administration problems such as inter-ethnic communication for the villages of Mosuo people.Started with individual cases,the article tries to put forward new dimension for the social administration of ethnic villages,and think about new route for social administration of ethnic villages by taking this dimension into consideration.
