图尔敏论证模型视角下对赛珍珠《大地》的东方文学评论文章的论辩研究

An Argumentative Study of Eastern Literary Critical Articles on Pearl S. Buck 's The Good Earth from the Perspective of Toulmin's Argumentation Model

文学评论是一种具有评论性的语体,具有一定的论辩色彩。文学评论也是文学进步的源源动力,而文学评论的论证结构对于读者们理解文学作品也起到了至关重要的作用。作为非形式逻辑的重要方法,图尔敏论证模型在论辩语篇的分析中发挥了重要作用。因此,也为文学评论的研究提供了新的视角。研究将采取案例分析的方法研究《大地》的东方文学评论文章中对其抨击批评的文章,揭示其论辩结构和论辩过程,更加理智地分析其观点是否具有合理性,从而促使读者们理性地看待《大地》这部经典巨作,同时也为文学评论的分析和写作提供新的启示。

Literary criticism is a kind of commentary genre, with a certain color of argumentation. Literary criticism is also the steady stream source of literary progress, and the argumentative structure of hterary criticism has played a crucial role for readers to understand literary works. Toulmin＇s model, as an important method of non-formal logic, has played an important role in the analysis of argumentative discourse. Therefore, it also provides a new perspective for the study of literary criticism. This research on the basis of consummating Toulmin＇s model, analyzes the specific oriental arguments which hold negative opinions of Pearl S. Buck＇s The Good Earth, combined with literary criticism, and tries to characterize the internal structure of the argumentation, analysis of the dynamic process of argumentation and improvement of the pragmatic strategies of argumentation in a finer way. Thereby, it is more rational to verdict and to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the argumentation, which urges readers to appreciate this classic work in a more rational way. Then suggestions of the construction and perfection of literary criticism can be provided.
