肌肤修护敷膜对CO_2点阵激光术后创面修复的临床观察

Clinical observation of skin repair dressing on CO_2 fractional laser wound healing

目的观察肌肤修护敷膜对CO_2点阵激光磨削术后创面修护的临床疗效。方法62例痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为试验组32例和对照组30例,两组患者均用意大利DEKA公司Smart Xide超脉冲CO_2点阵激光进行治疗,试验组术后即刻使用冷却后的肌肤修护敷膜敷于面部40 min,术后连续使用3 d,7 d及30 d后复诊。对照组术后即刻常规无菌纱布包裹冰块冷敷40 min、术后3 d内使用冰块间断冷敷,7 d及30 d后复诊。通过评估表和VISIA数据分析观察试验组和对照组患者恢复情况。结果试验组患者无论是主观感觉的缓解,还是治疗区域后期皮肤恢复情况,均明显优于对照组,且治疗过程无不良反应发生。结论肌肤修护敷膜可以减轻超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗术后疼痛,减少红肿程度,防止瘢痕生成,从而促进创面的愈合和修复。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of skin repair dressing on ultrapulse fractional CO2 laser wound healing. Methods A total of 62 patients with acne scars were randomly divided into test group（32 patients） and control group（30 patients）. The patients in test group were immediately treated with cold skin repair dressing for about 40 minutes after fractional ultrapulse CO2 laser therapy （smartxide, DEKA, Italy）, and the skin repair dressing was used intermittently for 3 days. The control group received routine sterile gauze wrapped cold compress for 40 minutes immediately after operation, and cold compress was used intermittently for 3 days either. All the patients were followed up at one week and one month after the treatment. All side-effect were observed and recorded. Results For the all participants using skin repair dressing after treatment, not only the subjective symptom relief, but also the lesions recovery duration shorten were significantly better than the control group, and no adverse reactions emerged in the treatment process. Conclusion Skin repair dressing may promote laser postoperative wound healing, reduce inflammation and oozy reaction, prevent scarring and accelerate skin barrier system repair, which is very safe and effective for laser postoperative care.
