穴位贴敷联合按摩护理晚期胃癌患者临床症候的应用效果

Efficacy of acupoint application therapy combined with massage as nursing care for advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合按摩护理晚期胃癌患者临床症候群的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月至2016年8月间江苏省南通大学附属医院收治的38例晚期胃癌患者为观察组,观察组患者常规护理基础上给予穴位贴敷联合按摩。选取2014年7月至2015年7月间江苏省南通大学附属医院收治的41例晚期胃癌患者为对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理后的疼痛情况、临床症候及睡眠情况。结果观察组护理后的疼痛评分为(2.29±0.75)分,低于对照组的(4.38±1.32)分,观察组临床症候总有效率为84.4%,高于对照组的41.5%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理后的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量和药物催眠评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合按摩能够缓解晚期胃癌患者的疼痛和临床症候,改善患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of acupoint application therapy combined with massage in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 38 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated at Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the observation group and they were treated with acupoint application combined with massage. Another 41 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated at Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the control group and they were given routine nursing. Pain,clinical symptoms and sleep quality were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results Pain score after the nursing was 2. 29 ± 0. 75 in the observation group which was lower than 4. 38 ± 1. 32 of the control group and the overall efficiency for clinical syndrome was 84. 2% for the observation group which was higher than41. 5% of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The time to sleep,sleep time,sleep quality and hypnotic scores after nursing was lower in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint application combined with massage can relieve the pain and clinical symptoms of patients with advanced gastric cancer and improve sleep quality in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
