针对性护理干预对肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管化疗的效果观察

Effect of targeted nursing care on PICC in patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy

目的探讨针对性护理干预对肿瘤患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)化疗的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月间新疆医科大学第三附属肿瘤医院收治的112例肿瘤化疗患者,根据入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组患者根据PICC特点行针对性护理,对照组患者行常规护理,比较两组患者不良反应发生情况、舒适度、疾病不确定评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理过程中不良反应发生率为5.4%,低于对照组的32.1%,护理满意度为91.1%,高于对照组的76.8%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者舒适度评分为(9.32±0.02)分,高于对照组的(7.34±0.44)分,其疾病不确定感为(63.07±9.72)分,低于对照组的(72.65±8.47)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预肿瘤患者PICC置管化疗,可有效控制不良反应发生,改善患者舒适度,减少患者不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing care on peripherally inserted central catheter（ PICC） in patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy admitted to Third Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected. All patients underwent PICC and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 56 patients in each group. The observation group was given targeted nursing according to the characteristics of PICC and the control group received routine nursing care. Adverse events,comfort and disease uncertainty score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events was 5. 4% in the observation group which was lower than 32. 1% of the control group. Rate of nursing satisfaction was 91. 1% which was higher than 76. 8% of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The comfort score was 9. 32 ± 0. 02 in the observation group which was significantly higher than 7. 34 ± 0. 44 of the control group. The uncertainty of illness was 63. 07 ± 9. 72 which was significantly lower than 72. 65 ± 8. 47 of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）.Conclusion For patients with cancer who received chemotherapy and underwent PICC,targeted nursing care scan effectively control the adverse reactions,improve the comfort,reduce the negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
