气压治疗早期介入干预乳腺癌患者术后上肢水肿的效果观察

Efficacy of pneumatic compression therapy for upper limb edema in patients with breast cancer after early intervention

目的探讨气压治疗早期介入干预乳腺癌患者术后上肢水肿的效果。方法选取2016年4月至2016年10月间中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的行乳腺癌手术治疗的80例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组患者采用早期介入干预中实施气压治疗,对照组患者仅采用早期介入干预,观察并比较两组患者治疗后效果。结果观察组上肢水肿发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后上肢腕横纹臂围值、腕上10cm臂围值、肘横纹臂围值和肘横纹上10cm臂围值,均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论气压治疗早期介入干预可显著降低乳腺癌患者术后上肢水肿发生率,提高患者生活质量,适于推广使用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of pneumatic compression therapy for upper limb edema in patients with breast cancer after early intervention. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery at Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from April 2016 to October 2016 were selected. Using a random number table,patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 patients in each group. The observation group received pneumatic compression therapy during the early intervention and the control group only received early intervention. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of upper extremity edema was lower in the observation group than in control group and quality of life score was higher in the observation group than in control group（ all P〈0. 05）. After nursing,arm circumference value at the transverse crease of the wrist in the upper limb,arm circumference value 10 cm above the wrist,arm circumference value at cubital crease and arm circumference value 10 cm above the cubital crease were better in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Early intervention of pneumatic compression therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative upper limb edema and quality of life in patients with breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
