天津市20世纪90年代既有住区中立体绿化建设的思考

随着存量时代的到来,量化与模式化成为了生活的主流,建筑与人口密度的不断增加使人们的生活空间变得紧张。伴随着新时代的到来,既有住区的生活环境在逐渐的被时代所淘汰,在功能与绿化方面已经跟不上新建住区的脚步,但将既有住区全部改建是不切实际的,那么在既有住区中进行提升改造是当下可以进行的简单有效的办法之一。以天津市1990年代既有住区为例进行调研分析,从空间的角度出发,对既有住区进行空间分析,绿化分析,指标分析,对比分析,从中找出相关问题,利用立体绿化来缓解既有住区空间利用问题,改善住区环境,提高生活质量与空间质量,使既有住区尽可能的满足当下人们的生活需求,使住区变得更加生态宜居。

With the arrival of the stock age,quantification and patterning become the mainstream of life.It has made people＇s living space crowd that the increasing density of building and population.In the new age,by the time,the living environment of existing residential areas is gradually being eliminated.It has not been able to keep up the new residential areas in function and the green aspect.But it is impractical to rebuild all existing residential areas. Then in this time,one of the simple and effective way is based on promotion of transformation in the existing residential areas.According to the investigation and analysis of Tianjin 1990s existing residential area, from the perspective of space,the existing residential areas for space analysis, green analysis, index analysis, comparative analysis, to identify relevant issues.Use the vertical planting to alleviate the space problem.Improving residential environment,improving quality of life and space quality.As much as possible to meet the current needs of people＇s lives in existing residential area.In these residential areas,they are ecological and livable.
